- Students should treat school staff with respect at all time and be courteous to fellow student.
- The medium of instruction is English and students are expected to communicate in English at all times.
- Students should be punctual, neat, clean and in tidy uniform with shoes polished, nails should be trimmed. Boys should have crew cut hair style. Girls should be in plaits or tie up hair bands while attending the school.
- Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases must not be sent to school.
- School Fee must be paid in advance by the due date mentioned in the fee voucher. Fee paid after due date is subject to late fee surcharge of Rs. 100/= till the expiry date of the voucher. An additional amount of Rs. 100/= (Total fine Rs. 200/=) will be charged after expiry date of the fee voucher. For re-issuance of the fee voucher Rs. 50/= will be charged.
- Students would not be allowed to appear in the test / examination unless all the dues are settled. Examination result will be declared on clearance of dues.
- Absence from school should be justified by an application from Parents/Guardians.
- Half days and short leaves are most likely to be discouraged unless incase of any emergency.
- Parents / Guardians must contact the Principal in case of any complaint.
- Parents / Guardians must ensure regular supervision of student’s progress for which continual communication between parents and school is necessary.
- Any form of ragging or bullying with other fellow students could result in expulsion with a negative conduct certificate.
- Any student who is persistently in-subordinate or is repeatedly or willfully mischievous or is guilty or malpractice in connection with examination or was committed any act of serious indiscipline or misbehaviour, in the opinion of Head of the Institution, has an unwholesome influence or suspended from the school for a specified period by the Principal.
- No parent or student shall give misleading facts/opinions or any blogs to website, social media channels about the school, any teacher or student. If they are defamatory in nature or deemed to be so, it would be considered as a serious breach to school discipline.
- Students are not allowed to bring ink/ink pot in the school. Student found with the ink pot or spoiling desk, floor or walls with ink or damaging any property of the school will be imposed penalty and will also be required to restore the property to original form.
- Students are not allowed to borrow copies/journal from their fellow students. Missing work should be copied down during break or any other time or Parents could obtain photo copies of required pages as per the procedure in vogue.
- Parents are not allowed to have direct contact with the teacher. They could see the Co-ordinater or the Principal with prior appointment.
- Relatives are not allowed to see any student during school timing.
- Absence from test / examination will be considered serious violation of discipline. Re-examination would not be conducted in any case. However, during annual examination if any student falls seriously ill and his/her absence is evidenced by medical certificate, his/her examination might be arranged provided sufficient time is available.
- In case Parents / Guardians withdraw the student from the school for any reason, they must inform the school authorities in writing one month prior to withdrawal. Contrarily, one month’s tuition fee would be required from them. School leaving certificate will be issued on written request after payment of T.C Fee and clearance of all other dues.
- In any circumstances, fee / payments already made, would not be refunded whether the student attends the school for some time or totally remains absent.
- Parents would be required to pay for each academic session 12 months fees on monthly basis.
- The decision of the Principal in respect of all matters will be final.
